Jeff Lammes's Bio
Jeff Lammes is the President of Business Development and co-founder of ABLE Commercial Group. He is a focused, methodical and quality driven leader with over 30-years of experience in the real estate, development and construction industry. Jeff’s drive and fortitude are evident throughout each area of the company. His ability to motivate and guide ABLE’s employees by means of “servant leadership” earns him the dedication and respect of everyone at ABLE Commercial Group. Jeff’s education in business accounting and experience in managing construction projects from land acquisition through final closeout enables ABLE Commercial Group to grow and refine their processes at a well-managed and constant pace.
As President of Business Development, Jeff makes it a priority to meet each and every potential customer in person in order to better understand their unique needs and to ensure they understand the intensity of commitment that ABLE Commercial Group puts into every project. From the company’s beginnings, Jeff has been instrumental in developing a small start-up commercial roofing company into what is now ABLE Concrete, L.L.C., ABLE Commercial Framing L.L.C., and ABLE Commercial Roofing, L.L.C.
Jeff Lammes is a Veteran of the US Navy and served our country from 1985-1989 and then graduated college with a degree in accounting. Afterwards he became the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for a managed-care company serving large self-insured corporations. In early 2000, Jeff entered the mortgage and real estate field in both residential and commercial markets. This change eventually led to his expansion into the construction industry as a residential home builder in the Atlanta, GA area and later into land development in Georgia, Alabama and Florida. In 2010, Jeff started a residential and commercial roofing company that would become the impetus for the ABLE Commercial Group.
Scott Benton's Bio
Scott Benton is the President of Field Operations and co-founder of ABLE Commercial Group. A dynamic and creative leader with over 30-years of experience in the construction industry, Scott personifies the entrepreneurial and creative spirit that is a hallmark of the company.
Scott has developed proven expertise in constructing high visibility projects through his participation and leadership in many operational roles within the construction industry including material take off and procurement, superintendent, project manager, logistics and operations management as well as his current titled role as President of Field Operations. Each unique role has required a broad range of construction knowledge and sensitivity to both schedule and safety requirements. Scott takes pride in being “hands-on” and readily accessible to each and every project from start to finish.
Through his role as President of Field Operations, Scott has assisted in spearheading innovative solutions within the company to better serve his clients by providing them with a level of quality and professionalism rarely seen in the construction industry. He also plays a key leadership role in setting the strategic direction of: ABLE Concrete, L.L.C., ABLE Commercial Framing, L.L.C and ABLE Commercial Roofing, L.L.C.
Scott Benton’s experience began with building high-rise condominiums in South Florida in the 1980’s, and then included building Broadcast Transmitter sites across the USA and internationally in the 1990’s. The 2000’s were comprised of both residential and multi-family construction. Scott Benton’s years of experience, character and commitment to customer satisfaction have all contributed to his success in his current position as President of Field Operations for ABLE Commercial Group.

Brian Stephens's Bio
Brian Stephens is Chief Estimator for ABLE Commercial Group and has been active in the facility design and construction industry for over 30 years. Brian is a proven leader and his attention to detail and commitment to providing customers with timely responses to bid requests has greatly contributed to the success of the company.
Brian’s experience since joining ABLE Commercial group is comprised of estimating hundreds of projects including, multi-family housing, warehouses, assisted living facilities, shopping centers and industrial projects. His expertise areas include cast-in-place and site concrete, all types of roofing and wood framing.
Brian’s education includes a B.S. in Business Administration from LeTourneau University (1978) and a Master of Architecture from Texas A&M University (1984). Trained as an architect, the first twenty years of Brian’s career were spent programming and planning healthcare facilities including acute care hospitals, clinics, psychiatric facilities, rehabilitation facilities and healthcare clinics. Brian’s experience includes working with a national healthcare consulting practice, working in the design studio for a large architecture and engineering firm and becoming a contractor for a mid-sized architecture and engineering firm planning military projects.
